Buying and selling Trucks in Esher, Kingston upon Thames

Buying or selling trucks on Adsquare in Esher, Kingston upon Thames? A little care up front saves a lot of hassle later.

Most private vehicle sales go smoothly, and a few minutes of checking protects both sides. Sellers benefit just as much as buyers from being upfront about a vehicle's history and condition - it avoids disputes later and tends to close a sale faster, not slower.

• Be wary of prices well below market value - it's the most common sign of a stolen or cloned vehicle.
• For private sales, remember there's no consumer protection in the way there is buying from a dealer - inspect thoroughly.
• Always view the vehicle in person and take it for a test drive before paying anything.
• Ask to see the V5C logbook and check the seller's name and address match it.
